About Me.

I'm Veronica Possamai, an Italian and Hungarian recent Master's graduate. Having grown up in Hong Kong, and subsequently living in Italy, the Netherlands, Denmark, Scotland and the UK, I have consistently been required to translate not only languages but cultural nuances interpersonally and cross-culturally. The single constant throughout my experiences living abroad has been the universality of the audiovisual medium, which transcends language and relies on one’s imagination. My academic background, consisting of a Cultural Anthropology and Development Sociology Bachelor's degree from the University of Amsterdam and Mlitt Film Studies degree at the University of St. Andrews, has substantiated and continued to fuel my passion for visual media, documentary and film specifically.
